Your Help Needed In $1.3 Million New Building/Renovation CampaignIn June 2004, the STAR Center, a local non-profit serving children and adults with disabilities, completed the purchase of the current University School of Jackson Lower School Campus building located at 1119 Old Humboldt Road in Jackson, Tennessee. The 33,000 square foot building will provide almost three times the current space for the STAR Center's 17 programs. In order to meet the needs of the STAR Center's programs and assure that the building is 100% accessible, renovation of the facility is necessary. To fund this building purchase and renovation and build a stronger foundation for expanding our program service, we launched a $1.3 Million Building and Renovation Campaign. As of 7/1/04, we have raised over $747,500, but we still have a long way to go to reach our goal. If you have been inspired to make a donation today, we ask you now to consider joining in the dreams of the STAR Center's future making a donation in one of several ways:
